Chris Brown has been charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and making criminal threats.

According to sources, Chris was set to be scheduled in court this afternoon in a Los Angeles court.

If Chrissy is found guilty he can face 9 years in prison just for making criminal threats!!
