Sad news, Alexa Ray Joel daughter of Billy Joel & Christie Brinkley is in the hospital after taking several pills, but luckily is in stable condition.
It’s hasn’t been confirmed whether or not it was a suicide attempt.
Authorities arrived to Alexa’s house after a friend of hers called 911 worried about her friend (Alexa) who digested pills, but it’s unclear how many and what kind of pills she took.
Billy and Christie’s publicist released the following statement —
“Alexa is stable. Her doctors are assessing her needs and that’s all we can say at this moment.”
So sad, we hope she didn’t try to commit suicide, suicide is never the answer.
