Sad, sad news!
Actress Brittany Murphyhas passed away, her mom found her unconscious in the shower. A call was made at 8:00 AM from a house under her husbands name, Simon Monjack.
According to TMZ, after the paramedics arrived they quickly learned she went under full cardiac arrest, they performed CPR immediately. They then took her to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Brittany is best known for movies such as 8 Mile, Uptown Girls, Sin City, and Just Married just to name a few. She also has a ton of new movies that are due in 2010.
She was only 32. The LAPD will launch a death investigation to get down to what exactly caused her death. Someone from Murphy’s camp says, “”In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy.”
Her ex-romance Ashton Kutcher tweeted, “2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany’s family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon. see you on the other side kid.”
