It's not done as a parody which is harder to sue against. But to steal someones ideas, market them to make money is a CRIME. So no, Summit is not going overboard with what is theirs. Especially since no one else wanted the product, MTV passed on it and they purchased it, produced it, marketed it and deserve to be paid for what is theirs. That movie logo isn't even Stephanie Meyer's. It belongs to Summit. So all of you Twilight haters just have to learn a hard lesson and understand the laws regarding the entertainment business especially regarding the protection of intellectual property.
