Troubled actress/singer Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hired a new lawyer, and he’s a big one too.
Once part of the “Dream Team” former O.J. attorney Robert Shapiro, will now be tending to Lindsay’s problems. You know you’re in deep when you have to resort to getting an attorney from the O.J. trial. It also proves how guilty you are…
Shapiro is very familiar with the problems of drugs; in 2005 his son died of an overdose. He also created a live-in rehab facility called “The Brent Shapiro Foundation” to help others deal with drug and alcohol problems.
He is suggesting that LL does her time in his facility rather than in the big house.
If all goes right, as in she does end up going to jail, Lohan is set to turn herself in on July 20th, so the roads will be safe for a month or so after that. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation in her DUI case. She then must go another 90 days in a rehab program.
… however, there’s a kicker. She will most likely only serve 30 days in prison, due to overcrowding. Sad, we know.
